We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Site Manager to join our team delivering high-quality commercial and residential glazing projects across Jersey. We specialise in the installation of premium aluminium systems, primarily Schüco and Reynaers, including windows, doors, curtain walling and glazing packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from contract award through to completion
- Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and main contractors
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
- Plan labour, materials and project programmes
- Resolve technical and site-related issues
Requirements
- Proven experience
- Driving license
- English (fluent)
