BEST WESTERN Hotel de Havelet is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will manage a station, cook and present dishes, and help train junior staff while supporting the sous and head chefs in menu development.
We require Level 2 Food Hygiene, City & Guilds Level 3 Advanced Professional Cookery (or time served). Two years of kitchen experience is preferred, with flexibility for split shifts, weekends, and bank holidays.
