We are seeking an experienced, passionate Chef to take a leading role in our busy Food & Beverage operation. You will take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations, driving food quality, consistency, and service standards while leading by example and supporting the development of the team.
Responsibilities include menu development, creating weekly specials, fresh food preparation, baking, stock control, cost management, and maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. You will play a key role in kitchen organisation, minimising waste, and ensuring a smooth, efficient service whilst also upskilling junior members of the team.
The ideal candidate will be creative, commercially minded, organised, and confident taking initiative in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine passion for fresh food, team development, and culinary excellence.
