About the Role
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Business Support Officer to join the team at Digital Greenhouse on the basis of a fixed term contract.
The current Digital Greenhouse is ceasing to operate in its current format. The post holder will be expected to support the day-to-day services and act as the main point of contact for all Digital Greenhouse customers and enquirers. This will require face-to-face and virtual support, and a need to work alongside both internal and external parties providing guidance and sign-posting as appropriate. They will also be required to support the transition to a new innovation hub in 2027 as plans for that are agreed and established.
The postholder will be responsible to the Operations Manager. They will have regular contact with the public, Industry representatives and professional bodies, senior officials, and various other staff members across the States of Guernsey.
