We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Lead to join Carey Olsen. This is a newly created role, where you will design, build and manage a comprehensive bids, pitches and proposals infrastructure developing high-quality templates, curated content libraries and playbooks that promote the firm's strategy, market positioning, service offering, credentials and capabilities. You will lead on the creation, submission and management of multi-jurisdictional / multi-disciplinary high value bids, pitches and RFPs.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a bid management or business development role within a law firm or professional services firm
- ??Proven experience of building or significantly upgrading a bid function, credential library, or proposal process from scratch within a professional services environment
