We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our team at Pier 17, one of Guernsey's well-established waterfront restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and barista-style coffee preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits and hot beverages.
- Deliver consistently high standards of service in a busy restaurant environment.
- Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Assist with stock control and daily bar operations.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar bartending role.
- Strong cocktail-making skills and barista knowledge are essential.
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits and other beverages.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
