We are seeking an NVQ level 3 qualified Plumber to join our team at HMP Rochester, a CATEGORY C/ YOI & Male PRISON - as a Mechanical Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Join a Facilities Maintenance Team and work with Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Contribute to the smooth and safe operation of the site as part of a team that supports rehabilitation and positive change.
- Work Monday to Friday (including on call) as part of the team ensuring ongoing maintenance and reliability of facilities.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 qualification (Plumbing) or equivalent for the Mechanical Engineer role.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a safe, secure environment.
