We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Feltham, a category C prison, as a Senior Site Manager. HMP Feltham runs like a self-contained city, holding males aged 15 to adult. It takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning, and as the Facilities Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation. Everything we do impacts every prisoner, employee, visitor, and the wider families and community.
We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a strong Facilities Manager to join us as a Senior Site Manager with a combination of:
- Experience of facilities management
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
- Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment
- Desirable - Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
- IOSH Qualification - Desirable
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
