Site Total Facilities Manager in Swindon

Location: HMP Pentonville (N7)

Salary: £57,790.45

Contract: Full Time - Perm (39hrs per week)

We are seeking a dedicated Site Total Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Pentonville, a category B male prison. HMP Pentonville runs like a self-contained city, it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning, and as the Facilities Maintenance Team we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation. We are looking for a Site Manager with a combination of:

• Experience of facilities management
• Experience of managing budgets
• Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
• Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment - Desirable
• Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
• IOSH Qualification - Desirable
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
