Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Facilities Manager at HMP Wormwood Scrubs, a Category B & Adult/Male prison, located at Du Cane Road, W12 0AE. The role offers a salary of £57,000, full-time permanent contract. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and operation of the prison facilities, working with a team of skilled tradespeople and support staff to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient environment for prisoners, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include managing facilities management activities, budgets, and staff, with a preference for experience in a prison or military setting. A recognized apprenticeship in a facilities or building services trade or two years of relevant experience is required. IOSH qualification and good health & safety knowledge are desirable. The role demands excellent organizational, time management, and people skills.
