Contract: Permanent - Full Time Monday-Friday - 39 hours
We are seeking a dedicated Site Total Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill. HMP Grendon is a Category B training prison, while HMP Springhill is a Category D open prison, and they are jointly managed and maintained by the same facilities team. We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Site Manager with a combination of:
- Experience of facilities management
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
- Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment
- Desirable - Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
- IOSH Qualification - Desirable
- Good Health
