We are seeking a dedicated Regional Soft Services Lead to join our team at GFSL for the East of England region. Join a team that is more than just colleagues – we work Monday to Friday as a supportive family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment. It takes hundreds of people in corporate support to ensure the smooth running of our operations and site-based functions. We are committed to delivering facilities maintenance safely and efficiently; like a heart pumping blood through the body, everything we do impacts prisoners, employees, visitors, families, and the community.
As a Regional Soft Services Lead, you will work alongside experienced colleagues from Payroll, Attract, Projects, Finance, Commercial & Supply Chain, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe, secure environment. The East of England region covers and may require travel to the following sites:
- HMP Bedford
- HMP Bure
- HMP Chelmsford
- HMP Highpoint and Stirling House
- HMP Hollesley Bay
- HMP The Mount
- HMP Littlehey
- HMP Norwich
- HMP Wayland
- HMP Warren Hill
- HMP Whitemoor
- HMP Woodhill
