Contract: Full time - 12 Months FTC
We are seeking a dedicated CRED Supervisor to join our team at HMP Rochester, a CATEGORY B prison. As the Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation of the facility, impacting every prisoner, employee, visitor, and the wider community.
As a CRED Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.
You will mentor others, working collaboratively to achieve objectives and overcome challenges. You will be a guardian who advocates for fair treatment and opportunity for all, utilising your experience and calm nature to build, advocate for, and implement projects that support prisoner rehabilitation through maintenance works within the prison estate.
