Painter and Decorator
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week
Location: HMP East Sutton Park (CATEGORY D, Female prison)
Salary: £30,656.92
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP East Sutton Park, a CATEGORY D, Female prison. We work Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.
As a Painter & Decorator you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners and administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference.
Qualifications
- A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and decorating or equivalent (or significant experience/time served in a similar role)
- Experience working in a maintenance team
- An honest and reliable character, who can approach their work with a sense of purpose and pace
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
