Job Overview
Location: HMP Warren Hill
Salary: 28,853.57 Per Annum (Pro‐rata for part‐time hours)
Contract: Part Time / Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date records for prisoner and staff administration.
- Operate CAFM and other IT systems to support prison facility maintenance and operations.
- Prepare and process daily administrative paperwork with minimal supervision.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners and administrators to create a safe, secure and supportive environment for prisoners, staff and visitors.
- Apply and maintain first‐aid qualification when required.
Qualifications
- Experience using CAFM and other IT systems in a busy office environment.
- Demonstrable administrative experience with a proven ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of relevant IT systems and processes.
- Up to date first‐aid qualification.
