Salary: £46,177.30 + 5% shift/weekend allowance + £3,000 per annum allowances

We are seeking a dedicated Electrician to join our team at HMP Wandsworth, a category B male prison. You will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Team working to support the safe and secure operation of the site.
Responsibilities
As an Electrician, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues in a multidisciplinary team to maintain and improve electrical systems and contribute to a safe environment for prisoners, staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- Two years’ experience working in a role as an electrician
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical systems
- Good working knowledge of planned preventive maintenance operations
- Electrician qualified to C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- 18th Edition Certificate in BS7671
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
