- Responsible for leading a team of plumbers and supporting staff.
- Overseeing maintenance of plumbing, heating and building service systems.
- Ensuring compliance with water supply regulation and Legionella control.

A minimum of five years’ experience, ideally within an FM environment or secure environment, military, health or similar sectors.
Experience working on commercial or industrial heating, water or building service systems.
Familiar with, and ability to, work under Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
Good Health & Safety knowledge.
Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
A rounded knowledge of risk and compliance and demonstrable planning & project management skills.
