Contract: Fixed term contract for 12 months
Hours: Full Time, 39 hours - Monday-Friday
Travel: Travel between both Sites Required.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Interface Lead to join our team at HMP Highpoint & HMP Chelmsford, a category C adult male prison. As a Project Interface Lead you will be the communicator between MOJ project teams, contractors, stakeholders, and GFSL operational maintenance teams, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and resolution of interface issues to support successful project delivery of considerable expansion works. You will facilitate collaboration across all parties, manage site-based project interfaces, mitigate operational risks, and ensure continuity between project implementation and business-as-usual maintenance activities. The role will also provide operational support to GFSL Supervisors and Site Managers to enable informed decision-making and smooth project handover.
We are looking for a Project Interface Lead with a combination of:

- SMSTS certification
