Job Description
We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical, time‑bound services to HMPPS and looking for a General Supervisor to join our team at HMP Coldingley. As a General Supervisor, you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues ranging from plumbers and electricians to cleaners and administrators, contributing to a safe and secure environment for all.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous recognised experience and supervisory skills in the facilities management service.
- Experience with compliance.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
- Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management / project management).
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
