Salary: £36,066.96 per annum
Contract: Full time - Permanent - 39hrs per week - Mon-Fri
We are seeking a dedicated CRED Supervisor to join our team at HMP Albany, a Category B adult male prison. Join a team that works Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and support to staff, helping them achieve objectives and overcome challenges.
- Advocate for fair treatment and opportunity for all prisoners, building and implementing projects that support prisoner rehabilitation via maintenance work.
- Encourage and empower selected prisoners to undertake maintenance work that benefits their environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, administrators) to maintain a safe and secure prison estate.
