We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer in the Facilities Maintenance Team at HMP Littlehey, a Category C & YOI prison. As an Administration Officer you will support daily administrative tasks for the facility, coordinate with maintenance staff, manage IT systems and maintain accurate records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using a variety of IT systems including CAFM and other facility management platforms
- Managing office operations in a busy environment
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Supporting First Aid and health & safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience working without supervision
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Up to date First Aid qualification
- Administrative experience
