HMP Coldingley is like a self-contained city; everything we do as the Facilities Maintenance Team directly supports the safety and wellbeing of prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
As an Escort / Fabric Operative, you will play an active role in the day-to-day maintenance of the site, working alongside a diverse group of skilled colleagues including electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, cleaners, engineers and administrators. This role is perfect for someone who brings strong practical ability and enjoys varied, hands-on work, whether that's using tools, completing basic repairs, or supporting our engineering colleagues.
You'll gain valuable exposure to a wide range of facilities tasks and specialist environments.
