Location: HMP Woodhill-MK4 4DA

Salary: £36,066.96 with 5% shift allowance

Contract: Full time - Fixed Term Contract-12 Months

We are seeking a dedicated CRED Supervisor individual to join our team at HMP Woodhill, a High Security & Adult/Male prison. Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues - we work Monday to Sunday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment.

HMP Woodhill runs like a self-contained city; it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning. As the Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation, impacting every prisoner, employee, visitor, and the wider families and community.

As a CRED Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, Administrators, and others, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.

As a CRED Supervisor, you will offer mentorship to others, working collaboratively with them to achieve objectives and overcome challenges. You will be a guardian who advocates for fair treatment and opportunity for all, utilising your experience and calm nature to build a supportive environment.
