Position: CRED Supervisor (Prisoner Worker Supervisor) Location: HMP Belmarsh Salary: £37,329.30 Contract: Full time - Permanent (39hrs per week) We are seeking a purposeful prisoner working Supervisor to join our team at HMP Belmarsh, a high security adult male prison. As a Cred Supervisor you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all. As a CRED Supervisor you will offer you mentorship to others, working collaboratively with them to achieve objectives and overcome challenges. You will be a 'guardian' who advocates for fair treatment and opportunity for all; utilising your experience and calm nature to build, advocate for and implement projects where Prisoner rehabilitation is supported by the chance to undertake maintenance works within the prison estate.
