We are seeking a dedicated Site Total Facilities Manager to join our team at HMP Erlestoke, a Category C, adult male prison. As a Site Manager you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, to Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference, providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Site Manager with a combination of:
- Experience of facilities management
- Experience of managing budgets
- Experience of managing staff teams of 15+
- Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment - Desirable
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
- IOSH Qualification - Desirable
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
