We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join our team at HMP Eastwood Park, an adult female prison. Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues – we work Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment. HMP Eastwood Park runs like a self-contained city; it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning. As the Facilities Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation, and everything we do impacts every prisoner, employee, visitor, and the wider community.
As an Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who vary from plumbers to administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.
Qualifications- Experience in using a variety of IT systems including CAFM
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience of working without supervision
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Up to date First Aid qualification
- Administrative experience
