Engineer Mech/Steam/HTHW in Hemel Hempstead

We are seeking a dedicated Engineer - Mech/Steam/HTHW to join our team at HMP The Mount, a category C & adult/male prison. Qualifications

• Two years' experience working in a role as a steam boiler operator or equivalent
• Must be familiar with and able to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
• Must be familiar with and able to work to BG01 - safe operation of boilers
• Experience working on commercial or industrial steam, heating and water systems
• Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• BOAS accredited boiler operator course or equivalent
• Good Health & Safety knowledge
• Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
