We are seeking a dedicated Stores Operative to join our team at HMP Chelmsford, a Category B & Adult/Male prison.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, handling store operations, ensuring materials are available and maintained, and supporting the prison’s smooth and safe operation.
Key qualifications:
- Fork Lift Truck Certificate
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
- Full driving licence preferably with D1HGV Licence
- Up to date First Aid at Work Qualification
- Good Health & Safety knowledge
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
