We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dependable A-Level tutor to provide one-to-one, in-person academic support for a sixth-form student studying Maths, Science, Humanities and English. The primary objective is focused preparation for A-Level examinations, strengthening subject mastery, and driving measurable academic improvement ahead of upcoming assessments.
Hourly rate: £50–£70 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, individual A-Level tutoring sessions tailored to the student’s needs
- Evaluate the student’s current attainment level and identify knowledge gaps
- Design a personalised study programme aligned with the relevant A-Level exam board specifications
- Provide intensive exam preparation, including past paper analysis, essay structuring (where relevant), and advanced problem-solving techniques
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to parents
Candidate

- Proven experience tutoring students aged 16–18

Schedule & Compensation
Session frequency and scheduling are flexible and will be agreed in line with availability and the student’s academic requirements. The hourly rate is negotiable within the £50–£70 range, depending on qualifications and experience.
