Hours: Weekend Nights, 6pm - 6am

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Coach to join our People Operations Team at our Warrington site. Reporting into the Shift Coach Team Leader, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing hands-on training. As a shift coach you will also be responsible for leading inductions to new employees and visitors. Ensure our standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed to the highest standard as well as providing coaching sessions. You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders & teams across the site including Production Managers, Supervisors, Shift Coach Team Lead and Operational Learning Lead. To thrive in this role, you’ll need excellent communication & collaboration skills. The ability to prioritise work with a wide variety of stakeholders while working in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Delivering inductions to colleagues and visitors
- Coaching and supporting from Day 1
- Completing RTW checks in collaboration with People Services when required
- Providing effective proactive and reactive training based on performance data
- Training colleagues on Perfectly Picked and Packed across every area of the operation
- Updating site training records with the support of the Shift Coach Team Lead
- Working in collaboration across the site
- Creating, populating, updating and filing key training documents
- Help drive the delivery of key operational KPI’s: OTIF, GMP, changeover times, throughputs that deliver against plan, and maintain quality standards
Who You Are:
- Good knowledge of Gousto’s operations and the training required to complete various roles
- Confident coaching all colleagues on a wide variety of skills, in groups and individually
- Flexible to change and a consistent positive mindset

- Level 3 AET (Award in Education and Training)
- Food Safety Level 2
- Food Safety Level 3
- COSHH
