Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor access, incoming post, office deliveries and the site access system, including issuing and maintaining access cards and fobs
  • Maintain standards across reception, meeting rooms, kitchens and shared office areas, escalating issues where required

  • Clear and effective when communicating with people across different teams and levels
  • Resourceful and able to take ownership of day-to-day tasks
  • Focused on providing a positive experience for colleagues and visitors
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar digital systems
  • Adaptable and willing to work across a varied range of workplace activities
  • Experience within hospitality, reception, retail, administration or customer service would be useful, but is not essential

Please note that manual handling is required as part of this role.
