As Senior Growth Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and loyalty within our post‑signup journey. Sitting within the Growth team, you’ll report to the Growth Lead and partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, Trading, Marketing and Analytics. Your mission? To strengthen long‑term customer value by shaping and leading key areas such as Flexible Ordering, Loyalty, Gamification, and Referral journeys. You’ll take full ownership of strategic initiatives in these areas – using data, experimentation, and creative thinking to deliver sustainable, commercial impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead marketing strategy for our flexible ordering journey, optimising both top‑up and standalone box experiences
- Own and evolve our Loyalty & Gamification programmes, shaping future development and partnering with Talon One
- Drive end‑to‑end referral campaign execution and CRM optimisation to increase sign‑ups and retention
- Use experimentation to improve journeys and inform future strategy across multiple customer touchpoints
- Take full commercial ownership of key growth drivers – forecasting, analysing, and communicating performance across loyalty, referral, and flexible ordering
- Partner cross‑functionally to align priorities, manage risk, and identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement
Who You Are
- Skilled in growth marketing, CRM, loyalty, product marketing or customer retention
- Commercially aware and confident working with P&Ls and forecasting tools
- Experienced in leading CRM or lifecycle journeys – hands‑on with platforms like Braze is a bonus
- Adept at working cross‑function collaboratively
- Analytical and curious – you use data and testing to shape decisions and continuously improve
- Strong communicator, able to tailor messaging and influence across levels and functions
