Based in our London office on a hybrid basis, this role reports directly to the Growth Lead within our Growth team. The Growth team is focused on growing Gousto’s reach, engaging food lovers across the country, and driving customer acquisition and engagement through effective campaign strategies. As Senior Campaign Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract, you will own the end-to-end delivery of customer relationship marketing campaigns supporting our Refer-a-Friend acquisition and Food Marketing Go-To-Market activities. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Brand, Food, and Creative teams while driving continuous campaign optimisation to align with commercial priorities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end planning, briefing, quality assurance, and delivery of Refer-a-Friend CRM campaigns
- Developing and coordinating an A/B testing roadmap to improve acquisition performance
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and recommending data-informed improvements
- Coordinating promotional campaign delivery, ensuring campaigns launch accurately and on schedule
- Representing Growth within cross-functional Go-To-Market planning meetings
- Producing creative briefs for CRM channels including email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and content cards
- Managing stakeholder review and approval processes across Growth, Brand, Food, and Creative teams
- Acting as the primary contact for external CRM execution agencies, ensuring campaigns meet agreed standards
- Maintaining campaign calendars, timelines, and project workflows
- Building collaborative relationships across internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
Who You Are:
- Experience delivering multi-channel CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of campaign management across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with external agencies or marketing partners
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable analysing campaign performance and using data to inform decisions
- High attention to detail with robust quality assurance processes
- Experience using marketing automation or ESP platforms (Braze desirable)
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello or similar
