Here at Gousto, the Production Supervisor leads on shift as part of our Unbox tribe, focusing on ensuring customers' orders arrive quickly with fresh ingredients for an optimal 'unboxing' experience. The Supervisor reports to the Production Manager, overseeing activities from box creation to outbound.
Core Responsibilities- Manage the team, including shift briefs, promoting positive culture, performance management, training, development, and HR activities such as recruitment and absence management.
- Prioritize health and safety, leading safety awareness on site.
- Drive GMP standards and ensure team compliance with MHE training and equipment use, including racking inspections and pallet safety checks.
- Deliver operational KPIs such as OTIF, picker speed, labour efficiency, stock receipt and putaway, inventory accuracy, and dispatch targets.
- Coordinate with other functions like Supply Chain and Engineering.
- Ensure accurate stock movement and investigation of stock-related issues to maintain precise stock levels.
- Work closely with the outload team to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.
