Job Description
Production Operative, Weekend Days £12.60 p/h, Weekend Nights £13.69 p/h
- Orange shift 6am-6pm (Alternating weeks): Week 1 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday; Week 2 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday
- Blue shift 6pm-6am (Alternating weeks): Week 1 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday; Week 2 – Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Core Responsibilities
- Pick items and place them in customer boxes
- Ensure that the boxes produced are of the highest quality standards to delight our customers
- Pick customer orders as per company processes and strict adherence to food safety policy for the site
- Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the workplace environment
- Report food quality issues
- Support the delivery of key departmental KPI’s, such as Picking Errors, On Time In Full, GMP audit scores
- Showcase and role model behaviours evidenced in Gousto Ownership Principles
Who You Are
- Experienced in Fulfilment / Fast Moving Consumer Goods
- The role involves standing, moving around our large 300,000 square foot warehouse. You will also be required to lift product when required
- It is cold – around 3 degrees. You will be given PPE such as coat and boots
- Can involve working at height in the pick tower
- You will have the ability to follow procedures and Health & Safety guide
