Operative – Repack, Days at Gousto, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.
Core Responsibilities
- Working with bulk products, this role is responsible for decanting product, filling machines and working on end-of-line to pack
- Lifting product is part of this role, up to 20kg
- You will work as part of a team to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to standard
- Work to factory SOP\’s ensuring you maintain Health & Safety guidelines
- Report food quality issues
- Supporting the delivery of key departmental KPI’s, such as Picking Errors, On Time In Full, GMP audit scores
Who You Are
- This role is an active warehouse role, standing up and working in chilled condition, often lifting food and trays up to 20kg
- Previous experience gained within a similar role preferably in FMCG environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- A confident and forward-thinking team player
- Excellent attention to detail, flexibility and problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
