As Senior Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and loyalty within our post-signup journey. Sitting within the Growth team, you will report to the Growth Lead and partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Trading, Marketing and Analytics. Your mission is to strengthen long-term customer value by shaping and leading key areas such as Flexible Ordering, Loyalty, Gamification, and Referral journeys. You will take full ownership of strategic initiatives in these areas - using data, experimentation, and creative thinking to deliver sustainable, commercial impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead marketing strategy for our flexible ordering journey, optimising both top-up and standalone box experiences.
- Own and evolve our Loyalty & Gamification programmes, shaping future development and partnering with Talon One.
- Drive end-to-end referral campaign execution and CRM optimisation to increase sign-ups and retention.
- Use experimentation to improve journeys and inform future strategy across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Take full commercial ownership of key growth drivers - forecasting, analysing, and communicating performance across loyalty, referral, and flexible ordering.
- Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, manage risk, and identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement.
Who You Are
- Skilled in growth marketing, CRM, loyalty, product marketing or customer retention.
- Commercially aware and confident working with P&Ls and forecasting tools.
- Experienced in leading CRM or lifecycle journeys - hands-on with platforms like Braze is a bonus.
- Adept at working cross-functionally, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving results collaboratively.
- Analytical and curious - you use data and testing to shape decisions and continuously improve.
- Strong communicator, able to tailor messaging and influence across levels and functions.
