Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy that brings new customers into the Gousto experience. Working closely with teams across brand insights, PR, trading, and tech, you will ensure that every marketing pound is spent where it can make the greatest impact. This role can be based in either Dublin or London with travel once a month to the other location to maintain strong cross-site collaboration.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee go-to-market activity across all paid channels.
  • Manage forecasting performance and spend across key acquisition metrics.
  • Optimise marketing investment to maximise ROI and sustainable growth.
  • Test and evaluate new acquisition channels to uncover further opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the Irish customer across the business.

  • Partner with Product and Tech to support marketing through test-and-learn.
  • Champion inclusive and ethical marketing practices.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a scaling business or new market launch.
  • Knowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) models, ideally in eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish market and consumer landscape.
  • Skilled in managing multi-channel marketing budgets (£1m).
  • Confident using data and analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Able to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated by impact, growth, and the chance to build something new.
