The Delivery team enables Gousto to deliver complex business and technology change successfully across the organisation. Working closely with Technology, Product and other teams across the business, the function ensures strategic programmes are planned, governed and delivered effectively while continually improving delivery capability across the business. As Head of Delivery, you will lead Gousto's most complex transformation programmes while maintaining a portfolio-level view across delivery activity company-wide. You'll be responsible for driving large-scale technology and business change, including AI transformation, strengthening delivery capability, and embedding high standards across the organisation. Alongside leading critical programmes, you'll manage and develop a team of Delivery Managers, helping shape delivery practices, governance and organisational change that enable Gousto to continue to scale successfully.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of Gousto's largest and most complex business and technology transformation programmes.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view across delivery, ensuring priorities, dependencies, risks and progress are visible across the organisation.
  • Lead technology transformation initiatives, including AI capabilities, supporting successful implementation, adoption and organisational change.
  • Lead the Tech Tribe Delivery team within your Tribe, building strong delivery capability and effective cross-functional ways of working.
  • Oversee technology risk and incident management, identifying issues early and driving effective resolution.
  • Deliver strategic commercial, investment and supply chain programmes that support business growth.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Product, People, Legal, Finance and Operations to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Delivery Managers, promoting high standards in delivery and change management.
  • Strengthen delivery practices, governance and operating rhythms to improve organisational delivery capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and constructive challenge across delivery teams.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience leading large, complex transformation programmes across technology and business functions within a fast-paced organisation.
  • You have successfully delivered technology transformation initiatives, including AI, and understand the organisational change needed to embed new capabilities.
  • You have experience managing a portfolio of strategic programmes while balancing priorities, dependencies and delivery risks.
  • You combine commercial awareness with experience delivering cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Finance, Legal, Operations and Supply Chain.
  • You have the technical understanding to engage confidently with engineering leaders on platforms, architecture and delivery decisions.
  • You build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through clear communication and sound judgement.
  • You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, moving between portfolio leadership and hands-on delivery support.
  • You lead and develop high-performing teams, creating an environment of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • You are passionate about improving delivery practices and using emerging technologies including AI, to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • You remain calm through ambiguity, simplify complexity and help teams make informed decisions in a changing environment.
