Job Description
We’re looking for a curious and driven Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team within the Convenience Tribe. This role is an exciting opportunity to use data to make a real difference to how we deliver for our customers.
You’ll be a key player in driving operational improvements, working across teams including Technology and Operations. You’ll have the autonomy to lead impactful projects, build dashboards and tools, and shape data standards across our analyst community. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and enhance the customer experience.
This role is based out of our Warrington site, with the occasional requirement to travel to our other sites (Claylake or London).
Core Responsibilities
- Analyse logistics and operations data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create and enhance tools that improve day-to-day operations and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvement projects
- Conduct deep dives into courier performance to identify ways to improve service quality
- Design and implement reporting standards across the analytics function
- Develop high-quality data models to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
- Present key insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Own technical quality objectives that raise the bar across our Analyst community
- Drive initiatives that simplify manual processes using tools like Power BI
Who You Are
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- A structured problem-solver who is eager to dive deep and drive change
- Naturally curious with a growth mindset, you love to learn and improve systems
- A clear communicator, confident in presenting data insights to different audiences
- Comfortable leading projects and collaborating across multiple teams
- Experience with D365, Power BI, or DBT
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain environments
