We’re looking for a creative and highly organised Food Stylist to join our in-house Photography team within the Brand function at Gousto. Working from our London office four or five days a week, and reporting to the Food Stylist and Photography Schedule Manager, this role plays a key part in our creative production process. You’ll join a collaborative team of photographers, stylists, and creatives who work together to bring Gousto’s weekly menus, marketing campaigns, and social content to life. This role is a great opportunity to shape how customers see, feel and taste Gousto through beautiful, appetising imagery. You’ll be responsible for preparing and styling food across a wide variety of shoots, supporting our visual identity, and making every dish look as good as it tastes. Core Responsibilities- Prepare and style food for still and motion shoots, including recipe cards, campaigns, PR content, and social assets
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Photographer, social and creative teams to deliver visually engaging, brand-aligned assets
- Manage ingredient sourcing and ordering to ensure fresh, accurate produce arrives on time for shoots
- Oversee kitchen shoot environments, ensuring spaces are well-organised, safe, and efficient
- Act as a guardian of Gousto’s food styling identity, supporting creative consistency across all outputs
- Contribute new ideas to elevate styling approaches and evolve our visual language
- Liaise with Recipe Development and Menu Planning teams to ensure styled dishes reflect the customer experience
- Maintain a curated prop and equipment library that supports variety and aligns with the brand tone
- Support shoots led by external partners or PR teams, advising on styling best practice
- Research and test new trends and sustainable practices in food styling to keep content fresh and forward-thinking
- You have a strong styling portfolio with experience across food photography and video
- You bring a creative, detail-focused eye and a real passion for food and visual storytelling
- You’re confident working independently in fast-paced shoot environments
- You enjoy collaborating with photographers, creatives and brand teams to deliver high-quality content
- You understand kitchen shoot operations and food styling hygiene best practices
- You’re skilled at managing ingredients for shoots, ensuring quality and efficiency
- You bring prop styling know-how and keep kitchens and setups shoot-ready
- You can interpret creative briefs and deliver innovative, on-brand styling solutions
- You have experience working on social-first, campaign or editorial content, ideally in a brand-led environment
- You’ve worked in an in-house or corporate environment, balancing creativity with commercial focus
