As the Offline Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the ownership and management of Gousto's offline marketing strategy, owning new customer acquisition targets across a variety of direct sales tactics: door-to-door, flyering and events. You will report to the Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager. As part of this role, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of teams, including commercial finance, analytics, creative and the rest of the acquisition team.
Contract Type: 12 Month fixed-term contract.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the offline marketing strategy, partnering with external agencies to run offline marketing channels to deliver new sign-ups at profitable CPAs and LTV:CAC.
- Test and learn new executions of offline marketing, to help Gousto regularly gain learnings on what channels can scale efficiently.
- Onboard and develop relationships with external agencies, and ensure high performance in these relationships.
- Collaborate with the Acquisition team effectively, particularly on the use of discounting, customer messaging, and optimisations to drive sign-up conversion and retention.
- Report on signup volumes, CPA, and ROI targets, collaborating with commercial finance to ensure accurate reporting and profitability of offline tactics.
Who You Are
- Strong experience of offline marketing channels, particularly involving direct sales (door-to-door, flyering, events), or a similar commercially driven area of marketing/sales.
- Experience managing third-party agencies to drive performance, building effective relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with an understanding of financials to be able to develop bespoke deals and offers.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects.
- Have strong presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated and energetic marketer, comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity.
- An excellent team player: good at building relationships in cross-functional teams and a voice of authority for the areas where you are a subject matter expert.
- Very organised and adept at finding ways to improve processes.
- You naturally take initiative and are a self-starter, and are not afraid to use your voice (whether it's to ask for help, offer suggestions, or to inspire change by questioning the norm).
