- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
- Actively able to inspire, lead and encourage your team whilst remaining self-motivated
- Willing and eager to learn and go above and beyond
- The maestro of multi-tasking; understanding how to prioritise tasks efficiently, adaptable & versatile; leading change and continuously finding new and improved ways of working - all whilst having fun!
- Great communication skills giving you the ability to support and influence your team into delivering great hospitality driving a bums on seats attitude adhering to and focusing on budgets and targets along the way.
