What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead by Example: Motivate and support your teamto deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure everyguest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable diningexperience.
• Support the Management Team: Take charge in theabsence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly andefficiently.
• Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, overseetable service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
• Training & Development: Help train anddevelop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold GBK’s high serviceand cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for bothguests and the team.

What You Bring:

• Customer Service Passion: A natural peopleperson who loves engaging with guests and making their experience special.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience in ahospitality or restaurant setting, with the ability to inspire and guide ateam.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to stay calmand think on your feet during busy service periods.
• Organisational Flair: Great attention to detailto manage shifts, team performance, and restaurant flow effectively.
