What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead by Example: Motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
  • Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome, seamless service, and a memorable dining experience.
  • Support the Management Team: Take charge in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep Things Flowing: Manage bookings, oversee table service, and maintain a great atmosphere throughout busy shifts.
  • Training & Development: Help train and develop team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
