What You’ll Be Doing:

• Runthe Kitchen: Take the reins in the kitchen, ensuring everything runssmoothly, from prep to plating. You’ll be the go-to person for all thingsfood-related.
• Leadby Example: Inspire and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff,ensuring they’re motivated, well-trained, and delivering consistently highstandards.
• MaintainQuality: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen meets GBK’s highstandards for taste, presentation, and quality. You’ll be the guardian ofour famous burgers!
• ManageStock & Orders: Keep the kitchen stocked with the freshestingredients, manage orders, and ensure cost efficiency withoutcompromising on quality.
• EnsureSafety & Cleanliness: Uphold the highest standards of food hygieneand kitchen safety, making sure everything is spick and span and in linewith health regulations.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven experience in akitchen management or head chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurantenvironment.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership andcommunication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team underpressure.
• Culinary Passion: A deep love for foodand cooking, with a particular passion for creating gourmet burgers that wowour customers.
• Organisational Skills: Excellentorganisational abilities to manage the kitchen’s operations, from stock controlto team rotas.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye fordetail to ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is perfect.
• Commitment to Safety: Strong knowledge offood hygiene and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a cleanand safe kitchen environment.
