About Gourmaze
We create tech-powered food adventures across the city. Over the last 4 years, we’ve built something people genuinely love and now we’re ready to grow. After finding product-market fit in London, in May 2025, we launched in Singapore to validate the model in a new city/country. We have just completed our fundraising round so we can commence our long-term goal of expanding into more cities and ultimately building a globally trusted brand. Right now, it’s just the two Founders, our Head of Growth, and a small freelance team. We’re looking for someone hands-on, sharp, and excited to help shape what comes next.
The Role
As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly alongside the Founders, owning workstreams that keep the business running and playing your part in enabling the company to grow. It's a broad role by design. One day we might need help setting up a maze, trying out new restaurants, coordinating contracts, legals, and OTA listings. The next you're reconciling end-of-month accounts, supporting a sales campaign, or handling customer enquiries. If you like variety, ownership, and the feeling of building something real, this is the role for you. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the chance to build on a strong foundation for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the product - Help build new maze experiences, build the blueprint for scaling, document SOPs, and launch in new markets.
- Legal - Coordinate supplier agreements, venue contracts, and commercial terms. Protect Gourmaze IP and aid with administrative tasks e.g. insurance renewals.
- Telemarketing - Support outbound outreach to drive corporate bookings and venue partnerships.
- OTA management - Help set up and optimise our listings on platforms like Viator and GetYourGuide.
- Finance - EOM reconciliation to close out each month cleanly with restaurant partners and tracking expenses in QuickBooks.
- Product BAU - Manage vendor and partner relationships, holding people accountable and maintaining quality. Pitch in on product work if required.
