We are looking for experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join our team. Salary is £28,000 per annum plus a monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week from March to October and 30 hours per week from November to February. The role involves travelling between multiple sites according to a daily schedule, ensuring grounds are maintained to the highest standard while supporting and guiding your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services.
- Carry out a range of practical tasks including grass cutting, landscaping, and general site upkeep.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and site users.
- Travel between sites in line with the daily work schedule.
Essential attributes for the role
- Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Practical experience of undertaking grounds maintenance tasks.
- Appropriate Team Leader/Supervisory experience.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (ability to tow large trailers is an advantage).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible and reliable approach to work.
Desirable attributes for the role
- PA1 & PA6a spraying certificates.
- Robot line marking experience.
