We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team and help us deliver high-quality outdoor services across a variety of sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring schedules are met and standards are maintained.
What we offer:
- Competitive pay at £13.50 per hour
- Monthly bonus scheme to reward performance
- Seasonal hours: 45 hours per week (March–October), 30 hours per week (November–February)
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Travel between sites, keeping the role varied and interesting
What you’ll bring:
- Ability to obtain Enhanced DBS clearance (essential)
- Practical experience in grounds maintenance tasks
- Proven team leader or supervisory experience
- PA1/PA6 certificates (desirable but not essential)
- A clean driving licence (essential)
