We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team and help us deliver high-quality outdoor services across a variety of sites. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, ensuring schedules are met and standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering high-quality outdoor services across a variety of sites
- Ensure schedules are met and standards are maintained
- Travel between sites to keep the role varied and interesting
What we offer
- Competitive pay at £13 per hour
- Monthly bonus scheme to reward performance
- Seasonal hours: 45 hours per week (March–October), 30 hours per week (November–February)

What you’ll bring
